The Normal-est Guy Ever...

Hey there, folks. Not too big a fan of writing autobiographically, so I'll just list some facts you might like to know:

- 13 years experience on the guitar, 20 years music theory (starting with violin and trombone), 5 years teaching professionally. More recently I've begun studying orchestral composition and scorecraft.

- My music tastes and abilities vary wildly. If you want to learn to shred, and I don't mean play the same old Yngwie and Gilbert licks, but burn with intensity and originality, I'm your man. If you want to mainly write songs, I'll give you invaluable lessons on composition for any setting. And if you just want to learn to play the guitar and have no prior knowledge, we'll get you jamming quicker than you can imagine. But most of all, no matter what particular goals you have set, we're gonna have fun!

- I live in the Huntington area and give most lessons in the student's home. I'll travel anywhere that isn't too far (farther than a 30 min trip one way), though I'll make exceptions if there are multiple students in the vicinity..
